Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hoi4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are advised not to use this platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of hoi4 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether performed by you or by any third party who gains access to it. hoi4 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Users agree to use the hoi4 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform
• Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or deceive the platform's systems
• Sharing account login credentials with another party
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform or its technical infrastructure
• Registering an account using a false identity or misleading information

Hoi4 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious usage and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where there is evidence of illegal activity.

Payment Policy & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

All financial transactions on the hoi4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online banking and approved digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. hoi4 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure account security and compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Any suspicious withdrawal attempts will be investigated and may be placed on hold for the duration of the review.

Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Hoi4 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption or technical errors. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, hoi4 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system failures, or cybersecurity incidents.

Hoi4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or upon request by the relevant authorities. In cases of suspension due to a terms breach, the account balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may submit an appeal by emailing our support team. Each appeal will be reviewed fairly based on the evidence provided and the platform's prevailing policies.

Intellectual Property, External Links & Changes to Terms

All content on the hoi4 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of hoi4 or its content licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law.
